SHIPPING:

We only use AusPost to deliver your order if we have the designs in-house in Sydney AU. All orders are dispatched from Sydney AU. We ship Monday-Friday until 5pm (Sydney time).

Standard FREE Shipping:

With designs and sizes that we already have available "in house", we can send to you AT NO COST/Free shipping with standard shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days Australia-wide depending on your location once your order is fulfilled. We need a few days to process your order in our warehouse. We do not operate weekends. 5-10 business day standard free delivery is from the date of dispatch from our warehouse. If you have an upcoming occasion, we recommend ordering at least three weeks in advance to ensure you receive your item on time for your day.

**Please note public holidays and unexpected extreme weather conditions/COVID may delay delivery therefore ensure to allow more time for any particular event.

Express Shipping:

Express shipping delivery $25 (Australia wide delivery, Approx. 1-4 days)

Once an order has been placed, we need a few days to process your order in our warehouse then you will receive your order within 1-4 days with Express shipping. Please note Express Shipping is not an option at "Checkout". Please email us if you need an item urgently via Express Post at royalboutiquedresses@gmail.com and we will try our best to assist.

Pre-Order:

If you are using pre-order method, we endeavour to make the design immediately after you place the order and will aim to ship the item to you within 7-14 business days once the order is fulfilled and ready for dispatch. Pre-Order items can take up to 10 business days to be made just for you, we refer to this as the processing time. We may use FedEx/DHL/AUS Post for delivery.

**For Pre-Order items, please allow at least 4-5 weeks from the date of purchase.

Pre-Order policy:

Any item that is "Pre-Order" will arrive generally between 7-14 business days from the dispatch date. Pre-order items are generally popular high demand items, or items that require at times extensive manufacturing process. We, therefore, can only give you an estimated timeframe. If your order has pre-order items, your whole order won't be dispatched until the pre-order items are in stock.

Non delivery/return to sender:

Failure to claim/collect your parcel within a reasonable time-frame, or/and provide the correct mailing may result in your parcel being returned to us. In the event your parcel is returned to us, a $20 surcharge will incur. This is the cost australia post charges us, when a package is returned back to the sender. 

Not available for Delivery:

If you are not home to accept your package, Australia Post may leave a card in your letterbox detailing the steps for picking up your delivery at the local post office.

Our designs are Australian standard measurements, therefore eg: if you order a size Medium, that will be a size 10-12 AUS.

please note some of our products may vary by 1-3cm, depending on the material or design.

Corset/Bustier Care Instructions:

- Don't wash it! We recommend taking your corset to an experienced dry cleaner if needed. Never machine wash your corset. You may spot clean with a mild detergent and allow to dry

- Air out your corset after each wearing by placing it lining side up and center it over a hanger or chair.

- A small amount of fabric freshener may be used between cleanings on the inside lining only. Be sure to dry completely before storing. Never dry your corset outside as sunlight can damage the fabric.

Handmade Dress Care Insturctions:

Surprise! Doing nothing for your handmade dress is everything. The delicate nature of any handmade design dress is not ideal for dry cleaning.

• Keep your handmade dress hanging neatly in your closet, give it some room to breathe from time to time, and gently spot clean when necessary.
• Don’t worry if you see a few stray beads or crystals in the delivery box. It’s a natural part of the handmade process. We ensure our designs have plenty of the shiny gems attached and a few will not ruin the design.
• A hand-beaded or crystal gem dress, long or short, is like a valuable work of art. Treat it gently, and it will reward you with beauty for a lifetime.
