SHIPPING:

We only use AusPost to deliver your order. All orders are dispatched from Sydney AU. We ship Monday-Friday until 5pm (Sydney time).

Standard Regular Shipping:

Standard Regular Shipping Flat Rate $10.00 for purchases under $250 (Australia wide delivery, Approx. 3-7 days)

Express Shipping:

Express shipping delivery $25 for purchases under $200(Australia wide delivery, Approx. 1-3 days)

Once an order has been placed, you will receive your order within 1-3 days with Express shipping and or approx. 4-7 days with standard shipping method. Please ensure your postal address & size purchased is correct, in an instance when you have made a mistake - please notify us within 1 day (prior to dispatch)

During festive seasons or busy period, there may be delays. 

Non delivery/return to sender:

Failure to claim/collect your parcel within a reasonable time-frame, or/and provide the correct mailing may result in your parcel being returned to us. In the event your parcel is returned to us, a $14 surcharge will incur. This is the cost australia post charges us, when a package is returned back to the sender. 

Not available for Delivery:

If you are not home to accept your package, Australia Post may leave a card in your letterbox detailing the steps for picking up your delivery at the local post office.

Pre-Order policy:

Any item that is "Pre-Order" will arrive generally between 4-8 weeks from the receipt of your order. Pre-order items are generally popular high demand items, or items that require extensive manufacturing process. We, therefore, can only give you an estimated time frame. If your order has pre-order items, your whole order won't be dispatched until the pre-order items are in stock.
