REFUND POLICY

Please note all full price and Sale Items qualify for a refund if there is "something majorly wrong with the product you have purchased" within 14 days of receiving your order from us.

Please note, we visually/physically inspect every single item before being dispatched. We also take photos of the item for our records prior to dispatch to ensure that there is no risk of faulty items being delivered to our customers however should you have encountered a problem, please email us at:

royalboutiquedresses@gmail.com and once we have proof of the item being faulty, you will need to arrange a return of the item back to us at your own expense and once received, we will arrange refund. 

**Change of mind does not qualify for a refund. There needs to be something certainly wrong with the product you have purchased either Sale or full price item.

Please ensure to use a trustworthy courier company such as Australia Post and we recommend request for "signature" to be arranged to ensure that your item does not get lost. Royal Boutique does not take responsibility for any damage or issues via the courier company you have chosen to use.

Refunds can take up to 2 business days pending and up to 10 business days to be processed and received by the customer.
