RETURNS POLICY
RETURNS:
Returns Period:
Returns or exchanges ( if your design and size is available) will only be accepted with proof of purchase on items within 14 days from the date of delivery for Australian customers.
Email Us:
You will need to email us at royalboutiquedresses@gmail.com within 14 days from the date of delivery and provide us with a reason for return prior to commencing the process.
We will either offer you an exchange if the item is available and or a store credit so you can either change the size or order something else, this will be in a form of a Gift Card.
If we accept your return, we will send you an email in reply with our delivery address for your return.
For refunds, please refer to our "Refund Policy".
Return Product Must:
Please note, items must be in original and in saleable condition. The garment/s must not have been worn, altered or washed. Any marks (i.e. dirty, makeup marks, fake tan or any other markings or stains) cannot be returned. Garments that have a strong odour of perfume/washing powder or similar impregnated will not be accepted back. All tags must remain in place. Every garment shipped has a tag attached. Once the tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. We recommend trying on all purchased items as soon as they are received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe.
Purchased items:
For all purchase item returns, please use a courier company of your choice and mail the item back to us. The cost of the return is at the customer's expense, we do not offer free returns.
Courier: For returns sent by courier, please use a reputable courier company such as DHL or AUS POST and return your items to the address below.
Mail: We recommend sending return parcels via registered post/express post with tracking as we are not liable if your return is not received at our address.

If your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of delivery at our registered address and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If you cannot provide this information, Royal Boutique will not be held accountable for any losses.
SALE Items:
Online store SALE items DO NOT qualify for a refund or store credit unless the item is faulty with major disfunction. Please refer to our "Refund Policy".
Pre-Order Items:
Online store Pre-Order items DO NOT qualify for a refund as they are heavily discounted due to direct shipment from our manufactory to your door within a rushed timeframe of 7-14 business days. However we will consider a store credit should the deign have a major defect or not fit you. You will need to follow our return policy explained above. Return will be at your own shipping expense.
