What is Pre-Order :

Pre-Order is a method we use at Royal Boutique to get your desired design in the fasted and most efficient way possible made and shipped to you. 

At Royal Boutique we design and make all of our products. We utilise the best material, beads and crystals that we can find. All of our dresses are handmade and hours of time and effort has been put in, to deliver the most unique and outstanding piece of art and design available to you here in Australia.

We keep most of our designs "in-house" in Sydney-Australia however due to the time taken to make every single piece and due to high demand from our customers, some of our dresses and tops are only available once you place an order. Once we receive your order, we will communicate with our team of designers and endeavour to start making the design immediately and ship to you typically within 2 weeks. Australia wide.

Please note, a very detailed dress may exceed this timeframe however we will let you know if that becomes the case, it will be rare however possible.

How long does it take for me to receive my pre-order item:

approximately 4-5 weeks in total.

2 weeks processing time- making your dress and 7-14 days shipping time from the dispatch date Australia wide- free shipping.

Shipping Fee:

Free, we will cover the shipping fee for you, therefore you don't have to pay any shipping fee.

Why are Pre-Order items cheaper in price compared to other items in stock?

When you order an item through Pre-Order, our team will start designing and making your desired gown for you and will send the order to you directly, without it being held in our warehouses which is costly and also it eliminates an extra shipping fee from our warehouse to your destination therefore our Pre-Order items are generally cheaper.
